C.R.T.C. is a private consulting agency that provides specialized training to military, law enforcement, and civilian personnel. All instructors at C.R.T.C. are current or former members of Specialized SWAT teams from within State, Federal or Military departments. Bennie Cooley, Jr. has been a member of the Special Operations Division located at the Department of Energy in Idaho for over 20 years with experience in Counter Terrorism and SWAT training and has cross-trained with various agencies to include Specialized Military Units, FBI, Local Law Enforcement, other DOE contractors and Civilian personnel.
